The Gospel for this Sunday worked better for St. Aidan's day than the one appointed for St. Aidan.  Aidan's island community on the Isle of Lindisfarne, provided a new look at Jesus' story about the host who invites his guest to "come up higher."  You can listen to the sermon here.
